investment company established on January 5, 2000, with initial registered
capital of RMB80 millions. The shareholders include Beijing Centergate
Technologies (Holding) Co. Ltd (Centek), Torch High Technology Industry
Development Center of the Ministry of Science & Technology, P.R.China,
and Tsinghua Science Park Development Center.
BJCVC is the first venture capital company in China,
